Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
The estimated delivery time depends on when the order was placed in relation to our Order Cut-Off Time: 1:00 PM CST.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Coverage
Meri Furniture currently ships to all contiguous United States (the 49 mainland states).
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
- International destinations (including Canada)
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside our coverage will be canceled and refunded.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from our Elk Grove Village, IL location only: 2244 Landmeier Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the carrier picks up the package.
Delayed Shipments
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier routing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers may track their shipment using the tracking number provided after fulfillment.
Meri Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping information is entered accurately at checkout.
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging and product immediately upon delivery.

Return & Refund

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â

Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label and covering return shipping costs.
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.
We do not accept exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Certain items such as clearance, or final-sale items may be non-returnable.Â

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
