Do you have a physical store?

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email, which contains a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Alternatively, log in to your account on our website, navigate to "My Orders," and click on the tracking link provided for your order. You can also visit our Track Your Order page

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If you need to request changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

How do I cancel or edit an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

  • Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
  • We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

Does Meri Furniture offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders with a subtotal of $3,000.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Select products from certain brands also ship free regardless of order total — no minimum required. Eligible items are clearly marked on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

Why is my shipping cost higher than expected when buying multiple items?

When your cart includes products from different brands, shipping is calculated separately for each group of products based on their individual subtotals and shipping eligibility. Some items may ship free while others are subject to standard shipping rates. The full breakdown is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

I added a free-shipping product to my cart. Why am I still seeing a shipping charge?

Free shipping on select products applies only to those specific items. If your cart includes products from other brands, standard shipping rates will apply to those items separately — all clearly broken down at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes. Minimum order requirements apply depending on the delivery zone, starting at $300 for local delivery areas.

Do you offer in-home delivery or placement?

Standard delivery is curbside or threshold only. In-home placement and assembly are not included unless assembly service is purchased separately.

Do you offer furniture assembly?

Yes. We offer optional assembly services for an additional fee per item. Pricing varies depending on the type of furniture, such as bed frames, dining tables, or dressers. Learn more.

How much does assembly cost?

Assembly starts at $35 for small items and goes up to $80 for larger furniture. Complex items may require a custom quote.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes. A customer or authorized person must be present during the scheduled delivery window to receive the order.

How will I know when my delivery is scheduled?

Delivery appointments are scheduled within a 2–4 hour time window, and you will be notified in advance of your delivery date and time.

Are there extra charges for stairs or difficult access?

Yes. Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carry distances, or special handling requirements.

Can I get delivery outside 50 miles?

Yes, delivery beyond 50 miles is available on request. A custom quote will be provided based on your location and order. Please contact us to confirm availability and pricing.
