Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.
Shipping Coverage
Meri Furniture currently ships to all contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states).
We do not ship to:
-Alaska
-Hawaii
-U.S. Territories
-International destinations (including Canada)
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside our shipping coverage will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product type and destination:
-Small Parcel Items: 3–7 business days
-Large or Freight Shipments: 7–14 business days (a delivery appointment may be required)
All available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Oversized or heavy furniture pieces may incur additional shipping surcharges, which will be displayed before checkout.
Free Shipping
Select products or orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold may qualify for free shipping. Applicable promotions or free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the carrier picks up the package.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging and item immediately upon delivery. Report any damages to us within 48 hours by emailing info@merifurniture.com with photos of the product and packaging.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
-Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
-Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
-Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label and covering return shipping costs.
-All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.
-Certain items such as custom orders, clearance, or final-sale items may be non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
