At Meri Furniture, we are committed to providing clear and transparent shipping information. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The estimated delivery time depends on when the order was placed in relation to our Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM CST.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Coverage

Meri Furniture currently ships to all contiguous United States (the 49 mainland states).

We do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. Territories
• International destinations (including Canada)

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside our coverage will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated Transit Times: 5–8 business days 

Estimated delivery time based on customer locations: 6-11 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated on the product page and at checkout based on the item’s weight, dimensions, price, and delivery address.

Oversized or heavy furniture may incur additional surcharges, which will be displayed before checkout.

Multi-Brand Orders & Shipping Calculation

Meri Furniture carries products from a variety of brands and suppliers. Some brands — offer complimentary shipping directly as part of their product offering.

When your order includes products from multiple brands, please note the following:

• Products from specific brands** ship free, regardless of order total.
• If your order also includes products from other brands, shipping for those items is calculated separately based on their combined subtotal and the rate table above.
• The free shipping threshold ($3,000.00 and above) applies to the subtotal of eligible products only, excluding any items that already qualify for brand-sponsored free shipping.

Shipping costs for each applicable portion of your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping

Select products or orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold may qualify for free shipping. Applicable promotions or free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our Elk Grove Village, IL location only: 2244 Landmeier Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007

Select Local Pickup at checkout. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready. Feel free to review our local pickup page to learn more.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the carrier picks up the package.

Delayed Shipments

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier routing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers may track their shipment using the tracking number provided after fulfillment.

Meri Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping information is entered accurately at checkout.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging and product immediately upon delivery.

You must report any damage within 48 hours by emailing:

Please include:

• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate a carrier claim and arrange a resolution.

Order Changes or Cancellations | Shipped Products

We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@merifurniture.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2244 Landmeier Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.

Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label and covering return shipping costs.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.

We do not accept exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Certain items such as clearance, or final-sale items may be non-returnable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
