Shipping
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
The estimated delivery time depends on when the order was placed in relation to our Order Cut-Off Time: 1:00 PM CST.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Coverage
Meri Furniture currently ships to all contiguous United States (the 49 mainland states).
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
- International destinations (including Canada)
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside our coverage will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Estimated Transit Times:
- Small Parcel Items: 3–4 business days
- Large or Freight Shipments: 5–8 business days
Estimated delivery time based on customer locations:4-11 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
Oversized or heavy furniture may incur additional surcharges, which will be displayed before checkout.
Free Shipping
Select products or orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold may qualify for free shipping. Applicable promotions or free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the carrier picks up the package.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging and item immediately upon delivery. Report any damages to us within 48 hours by emailing info@merifurniture.com with photos of the product and packaging.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
Return & Refund
Return & Refund
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@merifurniture.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2244 Landmeier Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.
Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label and covering return shipping costs.
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.
We do not accept exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Certain items such as clearance, or final-sale items may be non-returnable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
